Dr. Ahmet Yılmaz is a seasoned leader who combines engineering precision with a deep understanding of social dynamics in organizational development. He earned his Ph.D. in Sociology from Sakarya University in 2011 with a dissertation focusing on “The Role of Social Factors in the Development of Human Resources.” A graduate of Istanbul Technical University in Industrial Engineering, Dr. Yılmaz has accumulated over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, quality systems, and corporate governance. Since 2001, he has been part of Şekeroğlu Kimya ve Plastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., where he has been serving as General Manager since 2021, leading the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
