Born in Adana in 1964, he is married and has 5 children. Mr. Bilal Nadir, a graduate of Business Administration, is the founder and chairman of the board of directors of Adanus Plastik company.

On top of the 40 years of commercial experience he received from his father, he has been managing it with his siblings and third generation family members for 40 years.

In addition to his economic and commercial industrial activities, he is among the founders of Müsiad Adana, as well as a member of the council of the Chamber of Industry and Chamber of Commerce, and has been a member of the board of directors for 20 years and the president of the Adana branch for the last five years, and is still a member of the High Advisory Board of Müsiad Headquarters. In addition to being a member of the Tobb Waste council, a member of the Pagev board, and a member of the board of directors of Pagçev, he is actively involved in many non-governmental organizations and platforms.

Since the beginning of the industrialization moves of the Anatolian people in Turkey, it has been actively continuing to produce and export Plastic Recycling and Packaging.
